Team

Troy Lea: Has been with Gill Construction for over 20 years. As a licensed carpenter and one of our project foremen, he consistently delivers high quality outcomes and remarkable customer satisfaction.

Craig Trainor: A red seal Carpenter with 10 years under his toolbelt, Craig has taken on the role of Concrete foreman.

Angus MacAdam: Angus is tasked with the unenviable job of clearing the mess behind the rest of us. The undisputed MVP of Gill Construction.

Justin Coffin: Justin’s strong growth in knowledge and experience has led him to the role of Project Lead in Gill Construction. Productive, organized and efficient in everything he takes on.

Matt Bernard: A highly capable carpenter with an eye for detail. Matt has learned more about Construction in his time onsite than could ever be taught in a school. Quick, bright, energetic and quiet-until you get him laughing!

Jen Sheehan: Jen has been our Administrator, Social media director, Advertising coordinator, book-keeper and office Mom since 2017. A real treasure of a person with a work ethic to put us all to shame.

Cody Fitzpatrick: Been with us since 2017 as well. Cody has quietly worked his way up to a Project Lead position as well. He is dedicated to learning and takes great pride in his work.

Lucas Mitchell: Proof that sometimes great things come in small packages. Lucas’s keen intelligence and innate work ethic raise the level of all who have the privilege to work with him.

Caleb Read: We were lucky enough to catch ahold of Caleb at a time of Career transition due to a family connection to the company. In his role as Estimator, Caleb has greatly increased the professionalism of Gill Construction through his organization, facility with tech and hunger for personal growth.

Lucas Manuel: “Red” Lucas has been a terrific surprise addition to Gill Construction. Coming to us through a ‘Youth In Trades’ program, Lucas has quickly become an integral Journeyman to our organization. Beware the quiet ones-they are always watching!

Peter Brydon: If you love something sometimes you have to let it go. Peter is on his second term with Gill Construction- and may it last for years to come. Peter was lured back to be a Project Lead- organized, conscientious, friendly- the compliments come flowing in from customers who have the privilege of working with Peter.

Ben O’Brien, Sam King and Addison Hawbolt: Our current crop of apprentices. I sincerely hope Jen has to bully me into writing a proper profile for each of these fine young men in a couple years. Our future is bright if I can keep these guys around!!
